Women’s History Month: GrillGirl Announces the 2024 Women’s Grilling Clinic

NORTH FORT MYERS, FL - “GrillGirl” Robyn Lindars, the cookbook author and influencer behind the GrillGirl Brand, dedicated to empowering women in the world of grilling and outdoor cooking, is thrilled to announce the upcoming 2024 Women’s Grilling Clinic. Taking place on March 23rd, 2023, this interactive event aims to empower women by providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to become confident grillers. The Women’s Grilling Clinic will challenge stereotypes and show that outdoor cooking is not just for the guys.
GrillGirl has assembled a star-studded roster of grilling instructors who will guide participants through various grilling techniques and recipes. These renowned experts include:
- “Grill Girl” Robyn Lindars: Founder of GrillGirl.com, Cookbook Author, Magazine Publisher, Competition Cook on the Shed BBQ Team, Certified Steak Cook-Offs Judge, and Entrepreneur.
- Brooke Lewis: Entrepreneur behind The Shed BBQ Restaurant, The Shed TV Show on Food Network, and the Award-Winning Shed Competition BBQ Team.
- Carla DiLorenzo: Argentinian Chef and Butcher behind Miami’s Chet Tanito’s Argentinian Restaurant and Meat Market.
- Sunny Moody: Current World Championship Steak Cook Off Champion and Owner of MoodSwing Competition BBQ Team.
- Amy Dopp: Competition cook behind Rum Runner’s Competition BBQ Team (as seen on The Food Network) and creator of Captains Choice BBQ Rub.
- Shannon Morgan: Social influencer known as @biggreeneggfoodie and certified Pizziola.
The Women’s Grilling Clinic will feature a comprehensive class schedule covering everything from grilling basics to meat cuts. Participants will learn about grill safety, lighting techniques, zones for optimal cooking results, recommended tools and accessories, as well as how to select economical and tender cuts of meat. The event will also include breakout sessions where participants can sample various grilling techniques on different types of grills, such as charcoal, flattop, pellet, and gas.

To kick off the event, participants will be treated to a Melinda’s Hot Sauce bloody mary and taco bar. Throughout the day, Coyote Outdoor Grills will be used for all cooking demonstrations and recipe line-ups. Melinda’s Hot Sauces will also be featured in various recipes in the event.
