DELRAY BEACH, FL - Twin-Star International recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and they encourage their employees to do the same. When the Delray Beach Initiative asked for volunteers to decorate the local Delray Elks Lodge for the Halloween Hollywood Horror event on Friday, Oct 30th to benefit the Milagro Center, 18 Twin-Star employees eagerly volunteered their time to help.

The Twin-Star employees used their talents and creative energies to turn the unsuspecting Elks Lodge into a frightful Halloween Hollywood Horror scene, which helped the event raise almost $10,000 for the Milagro Center.

Barbara Stark, president and CEO of the Milagro Center said that the fabulous decorations at Friday’s Halloween event “set the whole mood for the evening. It was simply amazing!” She appreciated the Twin Star staff “who volunteered their time, their creativity, and their sweat in setting up the venue. You guys really outdid yourself,” she concluded.

The Milagro Center is an education center whose mission is to enrich children’s lives through cultural arts, academic support and living values, benefiting the children served and their families, as well as the community. The center currently serves 40-50 elementary school-aged children and 20 teens on-site daily, plus an additional 150 individuals annually through their ARTreach program. The main objective of their program is to improve the overall performance and futures of the children and families whose lives they touch empowering them to reach their highest potentials and rise above their circumstances.
