Treasure Garden Signs Long-Term Lease with Las Vegas Market

LAS VEGAS - Shade and accessories manufacturer Treasure Garden has signed a long-term lease, joining the casual furnishings category major launch into Las Vegas World Market from August 2-6, 2015. Summer Market will debut 250,000 square feet of permanent showrooms on the 12th and 13th floors in Building C devoted to the Casual/Outdoor category.
Treasure Garden will occupy 5,354 square feet on the 12th floor of Building C; their new showroom will be C-1215. A category mainstay for more than 30 years, Treasure Garden is best known for producing custom-made, handcrafted specialty umbrellas. The company also manufactures protective furniture covers, umbrella lights, umbrella bases, and features the finest in high performance outdoor fabrics in a good, better, best program. The company recently added outdoor rugs that complement and enhance their popular umbrella programs.
“With the casual furniture category expansion, we saw an excellent opportunity to grow our business with a permanent showroom at Las Vegas World Market,” said Margaret Chang, president of US operations for Treasure Garden. “With our good success in High Point at Showplace 2600, we believe Las Vegas to be where our future customers are going to shop the ever-popular and growing outdoor category. It also makes perfect sense, as we are located in Southern California, so Las Vegas is local. This helps us to keep our costs down.”
