LAS VEGAS - Outdoor furniture manufacturer Ratana International is relocating to a new, larger location at Las Vegas Market. Ratana will debut their new showroom on the 12th floor of Building C (C-1235) at Las Vegas Market’s Winter event, Jan 24-28, 2016, joining a growing number of casual resources.
With the successful launch at Summer Market of 250,000 square feet of permanent showrooms on the 12th and 13th floors in Building C devoted to the Casual/Outdoor category, Las Vegas Market continues to expand the show’s breadth and depth of resources to provide the most comprehensive, cross-category platform for buyers and sellers to do business effectively and efficiently.
“We saw the excitement on the casual floors at Summer Market and we knew that was the right location for us to best cater to our current prospective customers,” said David Leung, president of Ratana. “We started with Las Vegas Market in the A Building ten years ago and we have grown and evolved just like the market itself. We are excited to bring new lines and introductions to Winter Market; we now have additional space to present a more complete offering of our resources.”
Ratana will occupy a more than 3,300 square-foot showroom on the 12th floor of Building C – C-1235. One of the industry’s top casual furniture manufacturers, Ratana offers a full line of outdoor patio furniture in all-weather wicker, aluminum, stainless steel, as well as outdoor cushions, umbrellas, fire pits, furniture covers and more.
“As one of the first casual companies at Las Vegas Market, Ratana has seen first-hand the growth and opportunity our market offers,” explains Ryan Mahoney, vice president of Home Furnishings leasing for International Market Centers. “This is a smart, strategic move that brings them into the neighborhood of like-minded industry leaders in the casual industry, which is great for buyers. Our partnership with them has been a win-win from the beginning and this is what you hope for – to be partners in success. I couldn’t be happier for them.”
