CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA – R.H. Peterson Co. (RHP), a manufacturer of premium gas fire products, grills and outdoor fire features, recently promoted key staff members.

Dominque Seim to Senior Vice President
Dominque spearheads operations for RHP, including overseeing all aspects of the factory, inventory, production, maintenance, and shipping. He has been instrumental in developing processes and plans that have maximized the company’s operational efficiencies resulting in increased production and shipping capabilities. Dominque has worked for RHP since 2004.

Samir Barudi to Vice President
Samir is responsible for overseeing RHP’s Technical Services department, managing product support for the company’s channel member network including distributors, dealers and consumers. Samir has driven the adoption of new technologies and processes that have improved the company’s breadth and delivery of technical support services.

Damon Karaiscos to Assistant Vice President
Damon manages RHP’s Order Desk team and serves as a customer liaison overseeing product shipment coordination and management. Damon’s role brings together his depth of product knowledge and exceptional understanding of customer needs, having served as both a member of the company’s Technical Services team and before that, a customer of RHP, building and installing outdoor kitchen islands.
