SYRACUSE, IN – POLYWOOD has elevated Jessica Salisbury to the role of vice president of Specialty Retail. Since joining POLYWOOD in 2024, Salisbury has helped strengthen relationships with retailers across North America while bringing a partner-first perspective that continues to shape the company’s growth strategy.
Before joining the team, Salisbury built and led an award-winning independent retail business as CEO and Creative Director of Village Green Home and Garden in Rockford, Illinois. Having operated this business herself, Salisbury understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges specialty retailers face. This foundational experience brought a perspective that continues to shape how POLYWOOD partners with dealers across North America.

Leveraging her deep roots in the casual furnishings industry, she steps into her new executive role leading the specialty retail division with a focus on driving strategic growth, strengthening retail partnerships, and elevating the company’s North American brand presence.
