R.H. Peterson Co. (RHP), a leading manufacturer of premium gas fire products, grills, and outdoor fire features, reports several significant promotions of staff members.

Dominque Seim was promoted to senior vice president. Seim spearheads operations, including overseeing all aspects of the factory, inventory, production, maintenance, and shipping. He has been instrumental in developing processes and plans that have maximized the company’s operational efficiencies, resulting in increased production and shipping capabilities. Seim has worked for RHP since 2004.

Also promoted to vice president is Samir Barudi, who is responsible for overseeing the Technical Services department, managing product support for the company’s channel member network, including distributors, dealers, and consumers. Barudi has driven the adoption of new technologies and processes that have improved the company’s breadth and delivery of technical support services.

Damon Karaiscos was promoted to assistant vice president. He manages the Order Desk team and serves as a customer liaison overseeing product shipment coordination and management. Karaiscos’ role brings together his depth of product knowledge and exceptional understanding of customer needs, having served as a member of the Technical Services team and as a customer of RHP, building and installing outdoor kitchen islands.
