Phifer’s Designed Fabrics Offers New Furniture Fabric Collection

TUSCALOOSA, AL - With a mix of warm earth tones and patterns with a tribal flair, Phifer’s Designed Fabrics Native Escape collection brings Native American design to interior and exterior living spaces.

The new Native Escape collection was inspired by traditional Native American designs and prints like kilim, diamond motifs and geometric lines. Grounded by a rustic color palette, this furniture fabric compilation incorporates modern updates through scale and unexpected colors. Spiced reds and browns paired with new, warm golden browns and unexpected color combinations of sunbaked yellow gold and warm gray round out the fabric ensemble in various stripes, solids and textures.

Phifer’s Designed Fabrics – plush, 100 percent recyclable GeoBella® Cushion Fabrics and sleek, sling Phifertex® Outdoor Fabrics – are the perfect choice for creating furniture that feels as welcoming as it looks.

The GeoBella line is a vast grouping of indoor/outdoor performance fabrics made of 100 percent olefin yarns recycled from post-industrial waste. These fabrics have a soft, touchable texture that recreates the comfort of indoor furniture yet are built with the stability, strength and durability needed for outdoor cushion applications. Equally chic as they are eco-friendly, GeoBella cushion fabrics pair the perfect combinations of coordinating hues and intricate weaves for a host of options to suit any decorating need.

High-end performance fabrics, Phifertex is ideal for sling applications and can be used in awning, umbrella, pillow and new and unusual exterior fabric applications. For additional peace of mind, Phifertex fabrics are also infused with Microban® antimicrobial product protection to help prevent the growth of stain-and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew that can damage the fabric.

Both Phifertex and GeoBella fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold certified to GREENGUARD standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage.
