Pelican Reef Signs on for Permanent Showroom, Plus Party to Celebrate

MIAMI LAKES, FL - Pelican Reef Wicker, a manufacturer and distributor of indoor wicker and rattan furniture with a focus on outdoor and indoor woven furniture has signed a long-term agreement to show in Showplace #1600, and will be displaying its latest Panama Jack licensed outdoor and sunroom furniture collections.
National sales manager, Perry Catanese, says: “Even with multiple location changes within Showplace’s 1st floor during the previous High Point Markets, as a company we felt the need to have a permanent showroom in Showplace. The new showroom sets the scene for Panama Jack branded products and gives that fun and exciting vibe that our dealers have come to find with our products. The new showroom even has a small sunroom built into the display, along with outdoor deck and bar for the daily island parties.”
“We wanted to host a ‘grand opening’ Island Party event to kick off the October Market and show new dealers our new permanent showroom,” said Mayleen Chadwick, vice president for Pelican Reef Wicker.
The Island Market party will take place in Pelican Reef Showplace #1600 on Sunday, Oct 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. Pina Coladas, Rum Runners, Beer, wine, and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Pelican Reef will be giving away Panama Jack Hats, cozies, Hurricane glasses, and much more for guests that visit the showroom. Live island music will be playing on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. during market dates Oct 19-21, 2014.
