BERLIN, OH - Berlin Gardens recently added three new sales professionals to their sales team.
Lyle Ecoff, Gayle Massey and Steven McFarlain bring a multitude of experience in both indoor and outdoor furnishings.
Lyle Ecoff
Lyle Ecoff brings decades of experience in the indoor and outdoor furnishings industries, with a proven track record across retail, manufacturing, and leadership. He has served as Owner and Partner of several successful ventures, including Robb & Stucky Patio—an Apollo Award-winning retailer—and Carls Patio/Berks. His deep understanding of market trends and consumer needs has made him a trusted figure in the industry.
In addition to his retail accomplishments, Lyle has worked extensively as a manufacturing representative for both domestic and international factories, building strong global partnerships and driving product development and distribution. Most recently, he served as Western Vice President at Emerald Home Furnishings, where he helped steer strategic growth in a competitive market. Lyle’s career reflects a passion for design, innovation, and customer experience—qualities that continue to define his leadership in the home furnishings world.
Gayle Massey and Steven McFarlain
Gayle’s career started in regional sales in 1980 in the Lawn & Garden industry, covering TX, OK, LA, and AR, selling to retail garden centers, growers, and national retailers. In 2001, they expanded into high-quality outdoor living products, building on their existing success.
This led to opening a showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center, which introduced them to the design industry. Steven joined the team in 2010 as showroom manager, and together they grew their designer and hospitality client base. Over the years, they’ve added top suppliers and stayed ahead of trends in design, color, and materials to meet the evolving needs of clients. Gayle and Steven are committed to exceptional customer service, understanding our clients’ needs, and offering the finest quality in outdoor furniture.
