New Roles for Flanders, Davenport, and Juliano at Lloyd Flanders

Jess Flanders (pictured) has been appointed chair of the Board of Directors for Lloyd Flanders. Company officials are keen to maintain consistency with the Flanders family and adding someone with Jess’ talents is viewed as a tremendous asset. In addition to her position as chair of the Board, Jess will also continue with her role as vice president of Marketing.
Gene Davenport has been appointed interim CEO of Lloyd Flanders. As a bedrock of the Board for many years, he has been one of the key leaders in establishing the company, and is ideally positioned to guide the organization during this transitional period.
Warren Juliano has been appointed president of Lloyd Flanders. As a proven leader, Juliano understands the company and is expected to focus Lloyd Flanders’ strategy and vision.
