New President And CEO At DEDON US And Gloster US

The Diethelm Keller Group has appointed Patrick Troy as president and CEO of DEDON US and Gloster US. In this new role, Troy will lead the sister companies with a strong focus on client experience and brand centric strategy while emphasizing a positive company culture.

The announcement is part of a strategic decision to share operational leadership and leverage synergies that will add value for clients of both brands. DEDON and Gloster will continue to operate independently of each other at their respective headquarters in North Carolina and Virginia. Troy will work directly with Diethelm Keller Premium Brands, who operates subsidiaries DEDON, Gloster and Garpa independently, nurturing the unique character of each company.

“I have long admired Gloster and Dedon as iconic brands shaping the world of outdoor living and I’m excited to lead the two teams as that narrative continues to grow and evolve,” says Troy. “Each has unique attributes and personalities but mirror one another in their commitment to fostering innovative design and honing artisanry with the skilled craftspeople whose hands are behind each piece.”

Prior to joining DEDON and Gloster, Patrick held a series of leadership roles in his 13-year tenure at Miami-based luxury shade manufacturer, Tuuci, focused on outdoor shade equipment for Hospitality, Contract and Residential Trade environments. Most recently, Patrick served as executive vice president of Sales, where he led the North and South American and Asia Pacific Business Units.

In that capacity he was responsible for strategic direction and has a proven track record of success growing the premium brand across a broad range of segments and client types. During his time at Tuuci, he spearheaded several key initiatives to elevate brand reputation and reach, and guided the development of partnerships with specifiers, distributors and retail partners.

“I am fortunate to join these two talented teams and look forward to working alongside them as we explore innovative avenues for growth,” Troy adds. “Together, we aim to introduce Gloster and Dedon to more designers across the Americas, while supporting the needs of longstanding clients and partners who have been instrumental in establishing the brands’ heritages.”
