BARRIE, ONT – Napoleon Gourmet Grills & Fireplaces has tapped Peter Szachlewicz (pictured) to assume the role of national director of Sales - Canada Grills, for Napoleon’s Grill Division. With more than two decades of sales experience, Szachlewicz will report to Jim McLean, vice president of Sales - Grill Division.
 
Szachlewicz grew up in Toronto and completed his Business Administration studies at Sheridan College before beginning his sales career in 1989. Szachlewicz is a result-oriented and strategically-focused executive with significant experience directing sales and marketing teams across Canada. For the past seven years, he has held various senior sales and marketing positions at Electrolux Home Care Products.
 
Valued for his ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and identify market opportunities, Szachlewicz is eager to bring his skills to the Company. He will be working out of the company’s operations at 214 Bayview Drive, Barrie, Ontario.
 
Szachlewicz joins a company that began in 1976 when a small steel fabrication business launched by Wolfgang Schroeter started manufacturing steel railings in Ontario. Wolf Steel Ltd and eventually became Napoleon® Fireplaces and Napoleon® Gourmet Grills.
