CHICAGO - MMPI is putting the finishing touches on new leasing activity within the permanent Casual showrooms on floors 15 and 16 of the Design Center at The Merchandise Mart. After several years of exhibiting at the International Casual Furniture & Accessories Market, Sunset West is opening a permanent Merchandise Mart showroom in Suite 15-102.

Sunset West offers a spectrum of styling and design, from the contemporary La Jolla and Malibu collections to the rustic Del Mar. Their collections are produced using a variety of materials from cast and extruded aluminum, to multiple shapes, textures and colors of resin wicker.

Sunbrella fabrics are used in the manufacturing of all cushions, and Sunset West has two distribution points within the U.S.—Southern California and Fort Worth, Texas. Boasting more than 45 high-end outdoor furnishings showrooms, the Design Center is a critical channel by which manufacturers launch, display and sell custom furnishings.
