DOTHAN, AL - Twitchell Technical Products, LLC, a global textile manufacturing company in Southeast Alabama announced milestone work anniversaries for more than 50 employees with over 20 years of service, an unusual statistic in today’s career and company hopping world.

Twenty-five employees have worked for Twitchell for over 30 years; ten of them for over 40. Twitchell’s longest tenured employee, Carlos Hodges, has worked with the company for over 61 years. That’s a total of almost 1600 years of work experience, talent, and team building.

Carlos Hodges started his career in 1962 as a universal winder. He thinks of Twitchell as family and the company itself as another “home.” According to LinkedIn.com, the average tenure of an employee in 2023 was 4.1 years.

Gena Webb, vice president of R&D/Products, said: “We think our employees are nothing short of amazing. The folks on this lengthy list are truly the backbone of our company, and valued members of our close-knit Twitchell family.”
