CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA. - Superior Equipment Solutions (SES), the makers of Alfresco Open Air Culinary Systems, Artisan Grills, Capital Cooking, and various other commercial kitchen equipment announced their acquisition of Memphis Wood Fire Grills, a leading pellet grill brand that has served grilling enthusiasts for over a decade.
“Bringing Memphis Grills into our family is a great fit for our overall brand portfolio and state of the art factory’s production capabilities,” said Art Valentine, executive vice president of SES. “Pellet Grilling is one of the fastest growing categories in the outdoor cooking arena and Memphis Grills has an excellent reputation for both quality and innovation. Memphis Grills’ award-winning products combine professional outdoor cooking capabilities with Intelligent Temperature Control, Wi-Fi monitoring and a unique Direct Flame function allowing true searing on a wood fired pellet grill.
Memphis Wood Fire Grills first introduced premium pellet grills in 2010. Memphis Grills are available throughout the U.S. and Canada. SES will transition distribution of Memphis Brand products to its current Alfresco / Artisan distributor network.
