In her new role, Woodley will oversee strategic sales and marketing initiatives, manage Lloyd Flanders’s participation in major trade shows and industry events, and spearhead efforts to expand the company’s footprint in the hospitality and interior design sectors.

Woodley holds a degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and is an active member of the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH), highlighting her ongoing commitment to professional development, leadership, and mentorship within the industry. Prior to her time at Lloyd Flanders, she worked as the Showroom Manager at Woodard and as an outside sales representative for Ganz.
