LOS ANGELES - New outdoor concepts are emerging from the Golden State, with la-Fete Design focusing on modern outdoor furniture with striking sculptural lounge seating made from all weatherproof materials and manufactured in the United States. Available in 12 distinct colors of marine grade vinyl to create unique environments and versatile lounge groupings, la-Fete favors lightweight weatherproof materials.
The company is a joint venture of Angie Thornbury, asid/cid and Softub Inc, a 20-year-old manufacturer of outdoor products. Manufactured in California, la-Fête’s modular lounges and resort beds are suitable for pool-side, clubs, lounges, decks, roof gardens, spas, and events. The designs feature patented technology and recyclable materials, ergonomic comfort and easy care for hospitality and design-aware residences.
Upholstered in the new black and/or Chill White, it is an open “canvas” that can be signature embroidered or slip-covered for customization. With its modularity, it is versatile in layout to the max. Durable and lightweight, coupled with ease of maintenance, makes it ideal for resort hotels or imaginative residences.
