BALDWIN PARK, CA - Treasure Garden Inc, the world’s largest supplier of residential umbrellas, is seeking a national sales manager. This position will be based out of Baldwin Park, California. 

The national sales manager will lead a team of 23 independent sales representatives covering the North American market, including Canada. The position is responsible for meeting the company’s growth, market share, and sales objectives by developing and enhancing account relationships.

The post requires extensive involvement in developing profitable programs for independent dealers, as well as buying groups and catalog houses. The national sales manager works in conjunction with the vice president of Sales and Marketing and other key management team members in the organization, developing sales goals and incentive programs, creating and producing sales materials for all markets, and contributing to marketing efforts including assortment planning, new product development, and industry advertising.
 
Treasure Garden is looking for an outgoing, high energy, analytical team professional to complement and lead the company in achieving all corporate directives. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Travel as required with competitive salary and benefits.
