PELHAM, AL – Gabriella White, parent company of luxury brands Gabby and Summer Classics, has announced five strategic leadership appointments that will further strengthen the company’s growth trajectory across all channels.
Jim Hardy, who has played a pivotal role in Gabriella White’s commercial success, has been promoted to chief sales and marketing officer. In his expanded role, Hardy will oversee Wholesale, Retail, Contract Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce. His strategic leadership and customer-centric vision will be instrumental in delivering a seamless, elevated experience across the brand portfolio.
James Ashley has joined the organization as vice president of Wholesale Sales. With a proven track record of building successful sales teams and driving channel growth, Ashley brings deep industry expertise and leadership to the wholesale division. His appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in serving designers and retailers with exceptional products and personalized service.
Grant Jackson has joined the company as vice president of Contract Sales, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in the luxury and consumer-facing industries. Jackson will lead the continued growth of the Contract division, which serves the hospitality, senior living, multifamily, and country club markets with durable, design-forward solutions.
Gabriella White also welcomes Missy Vandenberg Strear as the new vice president of Creative. Strear brings extensive experience in product design and merchandising for luxury brands, and will guide the company’s creative vision, brand identity, and product innovation across all categories.
Finally, Johna Smith has been promoted to vice president of Retail, where she will lead the company’s growing retail and licensee network. Known for her operational excellence and customer-first approach, Smith will continue to focus on scaling the retail business with strong partnerships and experiential innovation.
