Forshaw Acquires Dagan Industries

SAINT LOUIS, MO - Forshaw of Saint Louis Inc has bought Dagan’s business assets and has formed a new entity, Dagan, LLC. “We are excited to continue the Dagan brand name and existing Dagan product lines,” say company officials. “As of June 9th the office and inventory was moved from Sylmar, California, to Saint Louis, Missouri.
“As we grow and expand Dagan’s operational capacity, we will be developing a dealer portal to place and review orders, enter payments, and check stock. Furthermore, API integration is possible with some systems.”
