California manufacturing facility, the Fire Magic Pizza Oven has been updated with an innovative touchscreen and digital thermometer, delivering an unparalleled outdoor cooking experience. The stunning Pizza Oven also has a new, sleek appearance with the addition of elegant black glass, mirroring the new look of the entire Fire Magic line.
The high-performance Fire Magic Pizza Oven provides precise cooking control – from 150 to 750 degrees – for the flexibility to roast, bake, sear, and broil. Thermostatic control maintains consistent temperatures throughout the cooking process and a Cordierite stone surface delivers even heat distribution, creating the optimal environment to cook anything that can be prepared in an indoor oven. With a preheat time of 15 minutes, it has never been easier or more convenient to cook artisan-style pizzas, chef-quality meals, and even breads and desserts outdoors.
