The acquisition expands Empire’s product offering in the vent-free space, particularly in the high-design, contemporary segment, and enhances its ability to meet growing demand for architecturally integrated fireplace solutions. European Home’s portfolio of multi-sided fireplaces, along with its expertise in specification-driven sales and dealer-direct engagement, complements Empire’s manufacturing scale and established distribution network.
