Dimplex North America Ltd. Among the Best at International Builders Show

LAS VEGAS - The NEW IgniteXL 74- and 100-inch wall mounts (XLF) by Dimplex North America was honored at the International Builders show as being a 2016 Best of IBS Awards finalist in the category of “Best Indoor Living Product.”
The annual awards received close to three hundred entries over nine categories this year resulting in extremely challenging judging decisions. The judges were very impressed by all of the entries and had a very tough time narrowing the entries down to five or six finalists in each category.
“Unfortunately we were defeated in the category; however, being one of the top finalists is an honor and a great achievement especially in a category as broad as Best Indoor Living,” commented Jane Bradley, the company’s director of Marketing Communications.
The company also introduced another product to the line of Opti-myst technology at this year’s IBS. The Opti-myst Pro 1000 drew crowds who awed both at the product’s aesthetics and its technology while soothed by the fire audio that emitted from the unit.
The Pro 1000 was incorporated into an interior wall to divide a mock master bedroom from its ensuite bath which has become a growing trend along with the addition of water closets in the residential building market.
“With the ability for direct plumbing the Opti-myst Pro 1000 is an excellent choice in commercial lobbies or in high end residential applications where the designer’s objective is to create an inviting relaxing atmosphere. The newly added sound feature to the 1000 further enhances the consumer experience as it is audibly flawless,” added Bradley.
Dimplex North America Ltd. showcased a 20 by 40 booth at this year’s IBS Show. In addition to the two new products, Dimplex also incorporated a few builder favorites in to the display such as the traditional 33-inch built-in and the Opti-V duet.
The NAHB International Builders show is the largest annual residential housing construction trade event for manufacturers and suppliers of home construction products and services.
