We analyze exactly how the customer plans on using the space, then strengthen the kitchen’s designs to meet those needs.  Once that happens we can generally have a custom drawing and cost estimate to a customer within about 72 hours.  Depending on the design and specific requirements, a custom kitchen, ready to ship, can be crafted in about three weeks.”

A special triple application textured commercial-grade powder coating enhances each aluminum sheet and extruded frame. This coating is tested to withstand a 2000-hour salt and sand spray test and rated for South Florida UV and salt air. It resists scratches, chipping and peeling under the harshest of summer or winter weather.  Its appearance also takes on a clean, contemporary look that looks at home on both a rustic Wisconsin north woods deck or a stylish Miami pool deck.

The coupe de gras of the Sunset Bay Outdoor kitchen is the doors and drawers. Made from the same materials and coating as the kitchens, they look unlike any other kitchen cabinet accessories seen before.  Their powder coated exteriors means no more constant polishing finger prints and watermarks off of stainless steel.  They do not dent or scratch like stainless steel, and have efficiencies built-in.

All doors come with stainless steel European hinges to ensure perfect mechanical operation.  Drawers are equipped with weather-stripped Bug-n-Dust covers to keep insects and rodents out of your clean food-ready utensils and serving pieces. This means that when you store things outside for convenience, you can actually use them and feel comfortable that a mouse did not just call your napkins home. All doors and drawers close soft – not with the clanking metal on metal sound you experience from most stainless steel doors.  They are also vented to keep mold and mildew from forming during hot summer months. With all of the features and benefits of the Tuscany line, the Heritage line boasts a knock-down patent pending Slide-N-Loc installation system that allows the kitchen owner to literally transport the kitchen home in their own vehicle and assemble it in 30 minutes with only a screwdriver.  It is highly customizable and can be placed on patios or decks due to its lighter weight.  It may also be moved as a customer’s patio space evolves to meet their changing outdoor living needs.
