Coyote Introduces New Charcoal Grill & Smoker Models
Leveraging the continued popularity of slow cooking outdoors, Coyote introduced new charcoal grill and smoker options to its thoughtfully designed lineup of grill products. The Coyote C1CH36 Drop-In Charcoal Grill boats over 875 square inches of cooking area and features an adjustable drop-in fuel tray that permits the grill to be powered interchangeably by charcoal or wood chips for flexibility in culinary techniques and flavor profiles.

The 36” grill features adjustable dampers for air-flow control and is constructed from ultra-premium 304 stainless steel throughout, just like all Coyote grills. All Coyote gas grills can be easily modified for charcoal fuel use with Coyote’s new, innovative Drop-In Charcoal Tray.

The Coyote Asado Smoker, featuring heat-resistant ceramic construction and a Coyote Signature Smoking Grate, enables outdoor chefs to smoke, bake, sear or grill ingredients in one component without modifier accessories. The Coyote Asado Smoker offers 254 square-inches of cooking surface and an adjustable venting system to maintain precise cooking temperatures. This model can be used in an optional cart with side shelves or can be seamlessly built into an outdoor kitchen island.

Cooked to Perfection
Recognizing the challenges that inadequate airflow and uneven heat distribution can pose to grilling ingredients to perfection, Coyote has developed Signature Grill Grates and new Infinity Burners™ for its grill models to combat these challenges. The Signature Grates are specifically engineered and individually laser cut to provide the most accurate combination of surface area, airflow and heat penetration. Specific grates have been designed for beef (with the largest openings), chicken, and more delicate ingredients such as fish or vegetables. Each design’s engineering ensures the ingredient retains its delicious flavor profile and is cooked to proper temperatures.

Additionally, Coyote Outdoor Living’s new cast stainless steel Infinity Burners, available standard on Coyote’s S-Series grill models, deliver a 20,000 BTU flame in the shape of an infinity sign allowing the heat from the burner to immediately cover more cooking surface area. The burner design provides consistent grill temperatures from front-to-back and side-to-side, ensuring evenly cooked ingredients every time the grill is put to use.

Outdoor Storage Expansion
A functional outdoor entertaining space expands beyond the centerpiece grill, and to meet any range of storage needs for outdoor chefs and entertainers, Coyote has expanded its cabinet and storage solutions with consistently designed, customizable options that marry form and function. New to the 2016 product offering, Coyote introduced a 31” Single Door/Two Drawer combination, 31” Dry Pantry with Drawers, and a Pull-Out Trash & Recycling Unit. For conveniently located cold storage, Coyote has developed its Pull-Out Ice Chest featuring a capacity of 3.8 cubic-feet and drain.
