The compact size is perfect as a table-side cooker or grilling on balconies for an intimate dinner for two. Attendees at HPBA have discovered that opening the dome reveals a stainless steel cooking grid measuring 13 inches/33 cm in diameter for 132 square inches/854 cm2 of cooking area—all within a convenient 19.5 inch/49.5 cm height. Like all EGGs in the Big Green Egg family, the MiniMax can handle virtually any cooking need, from cooking low and slow for hours to flash searing at ultra high temperatures.

As fans have come to expect, the MiniMax accommodates numerous EGGcessories designed exclusively for the EGG — including a ConvEGGtor for indirect cooking — utilizing the full versatility of the EGG. Its patented components and state-of-the-art ceramic technologies will not deteriorate over time.
