Pacific Casual has elevated Jay Weber, senior vice president of Sales and Marketing, to president of the company. Dale Boles will continue in his role as CEO and founder of the company. Jay has been with Pacific Casual since 2018 and has managed all of the company’s Sales and Marketing.
He has been credited with growing the Barcalounger Brand at Mass retail and Specialty Retail markets. He also launched Pacific Casual’s PC brand ecommerce division which has expanded rapidly to be part of the significant growth of the company.
Prior to Pacific Casual, Jay held various executive positions at Casual Living Worldwide (becoming Brown Jordan International), Scancom International, Northcape Outdoor, and Mallin Furniture. His industry experience in sales, marketing and operations span more than 30 years in the outdoor industry.
Jay has been acting as the head of Operations along with his sales responsibilities shortly after Covid 19 broke out. Dale Boles says, “Jay has worked for me back when I owned Casual Living Worldwide, and we have been in close contact with one another since , always hoping that someday we would reunite again together. 2018 allowed us to do just that, and we both can share and continue our passion for the industry. I am thrilled to say that he has earned the opportunity to be president of my Company.”
Weber adds: “Dale will continue to utilize his creative talents and years of expertise in developing innovative and volume selling collections. I thoroughly enjoy creating our collections with him, and continue to learn aspects of industry from his years of success and knowledge. We have a great company rich in design, and a staff in the US, China and the Philippines that produce quality product that we can ship in time, on time and all of the time.
