LOS ANGELES – This popular event has been extended two days, May 8 & 9, to accommodate the many industry members who want to take the two-day Gas Technical course. Members of Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association-Pacific will gather at the annual Pacific Dealer Round Up May 6-7 at Lake Natoma Inn in Folsom, California for three learning tracks.
Manufacturers, sales representatives and distributors will display their newest products and services in indoor and outdoor exhibits. Retail members attend informational business seminars and can take review classes and exams in NFI Certifications.
New this year is the NFI Hearth Design Specialist Certification course covering the three hearth systems fuel types, how to qualify a client for the product they really need, basic installation and service information and how to follow through with the builder or homeowner after the sale.
Of special interest to hearth industry members will be the address by the National Government Affairs Director, Ryan Carroll, who, with his team, works to protect the industry from over reaching regulation.
With specific industry information and training, this is a bargain at $49 per company for HPBA Pacific members and $225 for nonmembers.
