CORRECTION: Veranda Classics Debuts Nine New Collections

At the recently concluded show in Chicago, major retailers came back again and again to revisit Veranda Classics’ Specialty Design Brand for Foremost, which amounted to nine new collections created for 2015 by a new American Design team led by award-winning designer Robert Taunton.
This diverse line-up of collections includes 100% all-weather wicker, cast aluminum and mixed media. Wow factors were new stone tables in marble, a stained glass fire pit and teak finishes on cast aluminum.
The solid marble table tops in the Rio collection, available in large round and rectangular dining tables, as well as a coffee and end table, complement wicker bucket seats that “float” in a Driftwood finished cast aluminum frame.
Also in the new Driftwood finish cast aluminum is Encore, featuring Sunbrella’s new 100% acrylic fabric strap back and cushioned seat with matching dining tables with slat tops. Although the 2015 catalog has not been released, images from the PreMarket showroom are available on Veranda Classics new website—VerandaClassics.com.
Danny Jelley, senior vice president of Product Design and Development (Outdoor Division), said, “Pre-Market 2014 was nothing short of amazing for Veranda Classics. Everything we’ve been working toward fell perfectly together. Response to our innovative products, strategic marketing techniques and simplified approach were overwhelming.”
Jelley continued, “In today’s fast-paced world, time is of the essence, and we really focused on simplifying the process for buyers, without sacrificing the quality for which all four of the Foremost divisions are known.”
Beginning in 2015 every new collection comes in two to three fabric options—cushions and throw pillows are included in the price with the frame, dramatically reducing the time and effort many buyers spend choosing fabrics, cushions and pillows. “We do the hard work, so the buyers have a simple, easy choice to make,” said Jelley.
To streamline the buying process even more, two new collections, Kingston and Aria, are sold as one sku. Another big plus, all Veranda Classics collections are ready to ship, and, if orders are placed by October, delivery is guaranteed before Chinese New Year.
