NEW YORK - At this year’s Boutique Design New York (BDNY) show, Agio Hospitality invites designers, architects, and hospitality decision-makers to escape into “Vacation Mode: Always On.” The Agio brand, which is Italian for “leisure,” is creating a coastal resort-inspired experience that showcases the latest innovations in luxury outdoor furniture for designers and architects.
Taking place November 9-10, 2025, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, Agio Hospitality (Booth 241) reimagines the traditional trade show experience as a five-star retreat, complete with rope detailing, natural textures, and curated vignettes that transport BDNY attendees to their favorite vacation destinations.
“At Agio Hospitality, we bring the feeling of vacation to every environment — because relaxation shouldn’t only happen on getaways,” says Chelsey Wolf, Director of Marketing. “We’re passionate about helping our partners design spaces that instantly transport guests into that relaxed, elevated mindset. Our BDNY booth captures that spirit perfectly — it’s vacation mode, brought to life.”
Product Debuts and Highlights
Agio Hospitality will unveil several exciting additions to its portfolio at BDNY 2025, including:
· Resort-Grade Furniture Collections — Showcasing innovative materials including marine-grade rope, eco-conscious Resysta material, and sintered stone that deliver both beauty and performance.
· Agio x Sunbrella® Throw Blanket Line — A new collection designed to extend comfort and ambiance across all seasons, featuring Agio’s signature attention to detail and durability.
· New Agio × Sunbrella Fabrics — Expanded fabric offerings that bring even more customization options to resort-grade furniture collections.
Daily Experiences and Education
Each day from 3 to 4 PM, Agio will host complimentary sustainability education sessions exploring the brand’s commitment to eco-conscious design, including the story behind Resysta — a revolutionary material made from rice husks that requires no deforestation and offers the warmth of wood with superior durability.
After the seminar, attendees are invited to stay and enjoy tropical-inspired catering, including mini cocktails and mocktails, fresh fruit skewers, and coconut-based bites — all designed to enhance the “Always on Vacation” atmosphere.
Design Without Limits
What sets Agio Hospitality apart is its vertically integrated design and production process. Every piece is conceived, sketched, and refined by in-house designers who remain involved through manufacturing, traveling globally to oversee quality control, finishes, and scale.
“Our team of designers goes beyond the sketchbook,” Wolf said. “They’re at the show. They’re in our factory facilities. They’re even available at our booth to work with hospitality partners on customization ideas and help them dream up what’s next.”
Customization is core to the Agio Hospitality experience — with the agility to design, prototype, and produce one-of-a-kind solutions for any property or vision. This hands-on, collaborative approach makes Agio a trusted partner for hospitality brands seeking furniture that balances style, durability, and storytelling.
