Split-stone Tabletop

A simple and contemporary design, combined with the aged look of tumbled travertine, creates a stunning tabletop that works with any setting. Made from dark emperadora marble (from Spain), this tabletop of chocolaty natural stone has many small (and some large) cream-colored calcite veins running throughout, allowing it to have a very rich, brecciated caramel look, with warm movements of chestnut-brown color and light veins with a spiderweb appearance. An instant classic, the emperadora marble in this tabletop has a split-face finish, giving a rough texture that adds interest to the tabletop. The split finish is achieved by hand cutting and chiseling, exposing the natural cleft of the stone. Contact: (800) 77-OWLEE or www.owlee.com.
