The King model wood stove has come a long way since it was first manufactured in 1977. In 1984, it was the first wood stove ever to be granted a certificate for clean burning under Oregon’s Department of Environmental Quality. It is also currently listed on the EPA website as the most efficient wood stove. It is available in three different styles.
