Enhancements to Laneventure’s Ernest Hemingway natural wicker collection are constantly evolving. Natural wicker is grown in tropical regions as large rattan vines that climb to reach sunlight in the canopies of tall trees. These vines grow quickly, and when they mature, they are pulled from the trees and extruded to produce multiple strands of varying sizes, which then are handwoven into many shapes and forms. The pliable nature of the rattan extrusions allows for intricate design patterns. All seating pieces feature a welt-trimmed headrest roll that has become one of the trademark features of this comfortable collection. Contact: www.laneventure.com.
