The new Char-Guard grate option by Aspen Industries can be ordered on any Master Flame™ model grate. The Char-Guard grate option improves complete burn consistency, simplifies ash cleanup, and allows the option of using charcoal. It works well with Master Flame’s Grate-Griller accessory. The Char-Guard grate option lets you use wood or charcoal in your firepit for cooking. A heavy-duty, stainless-steel mesh is fitted and welded to the underside of the grate and, like all Master Flame carbon-steel or stainless-steel grates, electrostatically finished with high-heat, weather-resistant black paint.
