Broilmaster’s new V-channel cooking grid captures up to 60% of the drippings released from foods being cooked on an infrared grill. The channels hold these juices just beneath the food, where heat from the infrared burner converts them into steam and smoke, adding flavor and moisture to everything you grill. The grids clean up easily with a regular grill bush. V-channel cooking grids come standard on all 2014 Broilmaster R3-series grills and are available individually for customers who own Broilmaster R3, P3, D3, and H3 grills.
