CHICAGO - Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has introduced its Shokunin (show-koo-neen) Kamado Grill. The company unveiled the Shokunin to much anticipation at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), February 19-21, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the first completely new grill design from the industry leader since it introduced its award-winning Gaucho Grill in 2014.
