Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Names Lisa Rodriguez Vice President of Sales

CHICAGO – Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, manufacturer of premium culinary products for residential outdoor kitchens, has named Lisa Rodriguez as its new vice president of Sales. She will assume responsibility for all direct sales and reseller functions globally. Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of sales, client services and human resources expertise to the company. She will be based in the company’s headquarters in Chicago.

“Lisa is a proven sales lea der with a true appreciation for the collaboration required between our dealer partners, design and trade professionals and homeowners for the design and installation of the ultimate outdoor kitchen.” said Pantelis “Pete” Georgiadis, chairman of Kalamazoo. “She understands the unique journey our clients take in shaping their outdoor cooking and entertaining spaces, and the importance of the memories they dream of creating there. ”

Rodriguez joins Kalamazoo from Weichert Workforce Mobility’s Chicago office wh ere she served as regional vice president of client services for the Midwest region. During her time there, she led the company’s operational activities and strategic development for the Midwest. She developed the staff to enhance customer experiences and served as advisor to corporate clients, often identifying new business and partnership opportunities.

Prior to Weichert, Rodriguez was vice president of Operations at Civis Analytics. Before that, she spent six years at Abbott Laboratories in strategic HR leadership roles before transitioning to Aon where she served as senior director of operations.

Lisa holds an MBA degree from DePaul University in Chicago and is a certified six sigma black belt. She is also involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities.
